Terms & Conditions

Please ensure that you have read and agree before proceeding to book. Troedyraur is let on the following terms and conditions.

Bookings

• All prices are in Pounds GB and are not subject to VAT. Fuel and electricity are included in price.
• The price/booking for Troedyraur is based on:
  • 4 people (+ option of additional single bed) or less in Ysgubor Uchaf Holiday Cottage (excluding cot)
  • 8 people or less in Ysgubor Isaf Holiday Cottage (excluding cot)
• Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday. Arrival is from 4.00 pm and departure no later than 10.00 am.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking value must be received to secure booking.
• The balance of your booking must be received at least 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
• Any cheque payments are payable to "T. Evans"
• In the case of bookings made within less than 4 weeks of your holiday start date, the full booking cost is due at time of booking.
• It is the client's responsibility to get to Troedyraur for the booking, whatever weather conditions prevail.
• You can bring one well behaved dog but you must discuss this with us before booking.
• We operate a non-smoking policy within all property.

Cancellations

• Notification more than 4 weeks prior to holiday start date - If the cancellation is notified to us more than 4 weeks prior to the original start date, only the non-refundable deposit of 25% will be retained. Any other monies paid will be returned to you.
• Notification less than 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date - If notice of the cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to the original start date, and we are unable to re-let the property for the same period, the rental will be payable by you in full. Where the property is re-let, the non-refundable deposit of 25% will be retained, with any other monies paid being returned to you.
• We recommend that you obtain adequate cancellation insurance.

Damage

• If you damage the property or furnishings in any way or leave it in an unacceptable condition we reserve the right to invoice you for such damage or the unacceptable state of the property.
